Financial Policies

Our office provides high quality dental care to families throughout the Great Falls area. We understand that every dental patient has different financial needs. We will work with you to find a solution that enables you to get the dental care you need, with or without insurance. Call our office to ask about our different payment options that may include cash, check, financing, and credit cards.

If you have dental insurance, or if your dental insurance changes at any time, please notify us when checking in for your appointment. We can then verify your dental coverage information for you and submit claims on your behalf. If we are provided accurate information and able to verify your coverage, we can bill your insurance for their estimated portion, and you would then only be responsible for your estimated co-pay at each appointment. If it is your preference to pay off your balance at the time of your appointment and have your insurance reimburse you directly, we can do that as well.

Currently we are not accepting Medicaid plans.

We will always do our best to keep up-to-date information and help you maximize your dental insurance benefits, but please do not hesitate to ask questions at any time.
